学院有教职工76人，专任教师70人。其中教授、副教授40人，占专任教师总数的57% 。68人具有博士、硕士学位，占教师总数的90%, 5人正在攻读博士学位。学院现有硕士生导师（校内外）43人。学院还长期聘请省内外20余位专家担任兼职、客座、荣誉教授。学院现有甘肃省领军人才3人，学院教师获得省级青年教师教学竞赛奖 3项，省级教学科研奖励40项。
The school has 76 faculty members including 70 full-time teachers. There are 14 professors and 26 associate professors, which accounts for 57% of full-time teachers. 68 people with doctor's or master's degrees account for 90% of the total number of teachers. 5 people are studying for PHD. School also has engaged more than 20 experts served as adjunct professor, guest professor and honorary professor . There are 3 Provincial Leading Talents. Teachers of school has won 3 Provincial Teaching Competition Prize and 40 Provincial Research Award.
